How to Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your Middle East Insurance account directly from the mobile app at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.
Before You Begin
– Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
– Make sure you have access to the phone number registered on your account, as you’ll need to be signed in to complete the request.
– If you have active policies or pending claims, we recommend contacting our customer support team before deleting your account.
Steps to Delete Your Account from the Mobile App
1. Open the Middle East Insurance app on your device.
2. Sign in with your registered phone number and OTP (if you are not already signed in).
3. Tap the Profile tab from the bottom navigation.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation message:
“Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action cannot be undone.”
6. Tap Delete Account to confirm.
Your account will be deleted immediately, and you will be signed out of the app.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, we remove:
– Your profile information (name, phone number, email, and other personal details).
– Your saved preferences and app settings.
– Your authentication credentials and device session.
What May Be Retained
For legal, regulatory, and insurance-related reasons, certain data may be retained even after account deletion, including:

Refund Policy
All payments made through the Company’s website and mobile application or online platforms are considered final and are subject to the Company’s review and approval policies.
Refund requests, where applicable, will not be processed through the website, mobile application, or any online channel. Customers are required to submit refund requests in person by visiting the Company’s official premises and providing all necessary supporting documentation.
All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Company’s internal policies, applicable insurance regulations, and the laws and regulations of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
