Mr. Zeid Sameer Kawar
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Representative of Middle East Development Company
Born in 1975, Mr. Kawar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. With over two decades of experience in the construction and real estate sectors, he has played a pivotal role in steering Middle East Development Company towards significant growth and success. As the General Manager, his strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in executing numerous high-profile projects across the region.
Mr. Yazid Adnan Al-Mufti

Born in 1953, Mr. Al-Mufti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He has a distinguished career in banking and finance, serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cairo Amman Bank. His extensive expertise in finance and corporate governance has contributed to the bank’s robust performance and expansion. Mr. Al-Mufti is well-regarded for his innovative approach to banking and his commitment to excellence.
Mr. Ghassan Ibrahim Fares Aqeel
Representative of Al Dhafer Investment Company
Mr. Aqeel was born in 1968 and holds a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He has extensive experience spanning many years in the fields of investment, management, and the financial sector, where he has played a key role in leading Astra Group Saudi Arabia. As the Group’s Chief Executive Officer, his strategic vision and leadership expertise have been instrumental in developing the business and strengthening its institutional presence across various sectors.
Mr. Aqeel obtained his Master’s degree in Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from the University of Illinois. He is also a member of the Arab Cooperative Insurance Company and Audacia Capital, reflecting the depth of his professional expertise and the breadth of his network in investment and financial fields.
In addition, he has strong experience in auditing, having previously served as an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen, which further enhanced his expertise in accounting standards, financial governance, and regulatory practices.
Ms. Shereen Suhail Rox Al-Uzaizi
Mrs. Al-Azizi was born in 1965 and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She works as a consultant providing advisory services in investment planning and marketing.
Mr. Saleh Rajab Alyan Hammad
Mr. Hammad was born in 1962 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He serves as the General Manager of Bank of Jordan and has extensive experience in auditing and information security. His memberships include Chairman of the Board of Bank of Jordan in Syria, Chairman of the Board of Jordan Leasing Company, Vice Chairman of the Board of Tafawuq for Financial Investments, and Board Member of the Hussein Fund for Innovation and Excellence. His long institutional experience covers management, corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
Mr. Naidm Moh'd Zafer Kayyali
Mr. Al-Kayali was born in 1975 and holds a Doctorate in Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. He is a partner at Oaktree Advisors Consulting, with extensive experience in legal, investment, and consulting fields.
Mr. Hassan Ali Hussein Abu Al-Ragheb
Mr. Fadi Rashid Abu Fazah
Born in 1978, Mr. Abu Fazah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. As the Financial Manager at Al-Qassab Group of Companies, he oversees the financial operations and strategic planning of the group. His meticulous approach to financial management and his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes have been crucial in maintaining the financial health and growth of the company.
Mr. Osama Abdalla Hassan Judeh
Mr. Joudeh was born in 1972 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He is a businessman serving as the General Manager of Kanz International Company and Meeza International Company.
Mr. Omar Fakhri Iskandar Daoud
Mr. Al-Dawood was born in 1978 and holds a PhD in Law and Governance, in addition to a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law. He serves as the General Manager of the Law and Governance Center.
